How do I get tickets?

Tickets are sold at the door, $7 cash or card!

Where is The Balcony Orlando?

We are on the 11th floor of the Chase Plaza. Just take the South Tower elevators up to 11 and down the long hallway that leads outside.

What if I have a ticket from a rained out session?

That's no problem! Just bring your ticket/e-ticket with you or tell us when you purchased your ticket so that we can register you. 

Do I need to bring my own mat? 

Yes, it is recommended, as we only have a limited number to lend. Please make a cash donation so we can keep bringing them!

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are nonrefundable, so mark your calendars for a great session!

But what if it rains?

In case of bad weather, our Rain Check will be announced at least two hours prior, if not sooner. The event happens rain or shine. In inclement weather, we'll be inside but space is limited.

And parking?

The easiest option is the Chase Plaza parking garage. You can also try metered parking or one of the nearby lots. Up to you!
