Yoga Foundations is a four-week beginner-friendly series designed to teach you the essential building blocks of yoga in a supportive, welcoming environment.
With two guided classes each week, you’ll learn proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques for foundational poses such as Downward Dog, Warrior I, Warrior II, Tree Pose, and more.
Each class focuses on gradual progression, body awareness, and safe movement to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence on your mat— no previous experience required.
What You’ll Learn:
Correct posture and alignment in common yoga poses
Basic breathing techniques (pranayama) to support your practice
Simple flows and transitions
How to modify poses for your body and ability level
Mindfulness and relaxation techniques to reduce stress

What To Wear: We suggest wearing clothes that allow your body to move freely.
What To Bring: Please bring a water bottle; we have filtered water available at the studio. If you don’t own a yoga mat, you can borrow one of ours (no charge).
