Get your “puppy” fix with YogaMix! For the yogi who loves animals, this class combines a fun yoga flow with a little pet therapy. There will be plenty of down dog and puppy poses and a fun dog-themed playlist! A bunch of little furry dogs will join you in the studio and your mat. Heavy Petting is encouraged. This class is good for all levels from beginners to regular yogis.

NOTE: We use puppies old enough to leave their mothers and need the socialization before they are adopted. We provide snacks and water for puppies and owner is present.This session is not a heated yoga session, we keep the puppies in an air conditioned room for their safety.

Yoga Foundations is a four-week beginner-friendly series designed to teach you the essential building blocks of yoga in a supportive, welcoming environment.

With two guided classes each week, you’ll learn proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques for foundational poses such as Downward Dog, Warrior I, Warrior II, Tree Pose, and more.

Each class focuses on gradual progression, body awareness, and safe movement to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence on your mat— no previous experience required.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Correct posture and alignment in common yoga poses

  • Basic breathing techniques (pranayama) to support your practice

  • Simple flows and transitions

  • How to modify poses for your body and ability level

  • Mindfulness and relaxation techniques to reduce stress
