Have you ever felt awkward or discomfort in a pose and thought, "Am I doing this right? This workshop is for you! Danielle Lindberg will explore in detail the nuances of the most common poses. Our bodies and experiences are unique - so our poses will be too. Learn proper alignment for your body (including modifications), the purpose of the pose and where you should feel it. Yogi's of all levels will delve deeper into poses thus feeling more comfortable, confident and light when practicing.
