YogaMax Sweat & Stretch.
Need cardio & more core work? East meets West in this dynamic class that gets the heart rate pumping, body sweating with beats booming! YogaMax combines classic yoga poses with principles and plyometrics of HIIT (high intensity interval training). This class closes with long deep restorative type stretches so you get a sure yin/yang experience.

A Power Vinyasa Flow linking breath to music with cool background beats to inspire and help the inner athlete yogi in you and get into your zone. All levels welcome in this comprehensive practice where strength & flexibility work in concert with your brain to better your overall health.

Not your average power vinyasa class. We pride ourselves on creative and dynamic flows that link breathe to movement. Your class comes w/ carefully curated tunes to enhance your experience. The music is loud, the class is fun & we hope to to inspire you to get out of your head and into the zone. Our community embraces al fitness levels. (The + means light weights optional)
Thursday @ 6 PM
The best of both worlds: first warm your muscles with a power sequence delivered slowly with plenty of alignment details. Followed by long deep stretching to allow fore better opening and increased flexibility and agility. The poses are held for a long time. All levels
Fridays @ 6 PM
Start the weekend off right with a fun mix level power vinyasa flow sweat to fun tunes.

Yoga + DJ Party. Enjoy a playful power vinyasa flow with elements of HIIT & cardio. All levels welcome. Every month there is a different theme or sound battle & tunes are spun by our in house DJ DOWN DAWG
Rooftop Yoga (1x month @ the Balcony Orlando)
For the Yogi who loves the outdoors. This all levels class is hosted by Orlando's premier event space, The Balcony Orlando. Enjoy and all levels flow while the sun sets over the city beautiful. Bring your friends or meet some new ones. This class is a community favorite. There is an additional charge for this class.

Buti Yoga (1 x month)
A super fun class that combines power yoga, with dance and plyometrics for the ultimate work out. Hang out after class for community & cheer.
Hot Flow (Winter Only)
The music infused power flow you love but with the heat turned way up. Your muscles will be warm and more flexible. You'll sweat, detox and stretch deeper
Yin with Sound Healing Flow (1x a month)
Everybody needs a little Yin... postures held longer to lengthen the connective tissues around the joints. This deep stretching increases elasticity & circulation which rejuvenates energy & calms the nervous system.
Your experience is complimented with a blissful chakra meditation via the healing tones of the crystal singing bowls.

YogaMix, Eola Pets & Pet Rescue by Judi are teamed up to bring you Puppy Flow. For the yogi who loves animals, this class combines a fun yoga flow with a little pet therapy. Half a dozen adoptable puppies will join you in the studio and your mat. Heavy Petting encouraged. Suitable for all levels. A representative from Pet Rescue by Judi will be on hand to answer questions about pet adoption. A portion of the proceeds will go to Pet Rescue by Judi. There is an additional charge for this class
Learn to shuffle like they do at EDC & the clubs! First master basics like the Running Man, the Poly Pocket and the T Step. Then learn variations & how to add flair so you can freestyle. Wear your kicks.
Roll & Restore
Repeated movements cause connective tissue to knot up or form "trigger points" which can cause inflammation. Using tennis balls & foam roller for self massage aka myofacial release- you literally smooth out these knots, improving your circulation, health and athletic performance.
