We embrace diversity. All levels and styles welcome. Here you’ll find everything from traditional 20 Minute Sun Salutations to Power Vinyasa Flows with a Dj spinning tunes. Classes are 55-60 minutes unless otherwise indicated, scroll down for yoga class descriptions.

Mediation, Sound Healing, Yin Yoga- you’ll find it here. Our athletes love foam rolling. This is also where we place our slower paced style classes including hatha or beginner yoga. Classes range from 10-60 minutes, scroll down for class descriptions.

Cardio, Dance & Conditioning

Like to sweat? You’ll find a variety of cardio, dance and conditioning classes here too- High Fitness and Shuffle dance just to name a few. Our target specific areas are here too- that’s Core Class or Sculpt Class. All classes in studio or online are designed to be done in a small space and w/o formal equipment. YOGA & RESTORATIVE

High Vibe Vinyasa These classes link breath to music with cool beats to inspire and help the inner athlete yogi in you and get into your zone. In this comprehensive practice strength & flexibility work in concert with your brain to better your overall health. Experience helpful but not mandatory- generally these classes are Intermediate with options for all. Each instructor brings their own flair to the practice and the playlist.

Power Vinyasa An energizing and challenging 60 minute practice flowing through different asanas integrating flexibility, strength, balance, conscious breathing and body awareness. We will get sweaty and we will definitely feel our hearts beating faster but don't worry, modifications will always be available to make postures more accessible or more challenging. Come with an open heart, open mind and be ready to play!

All Levels Vinyasa  Breathe intentionally and move mindfully through an all levels vinyasa flow.  A comprehensive practice for you to stretch, strengthen and create space in you mind, body and soul. We offer a variety of modifications to accommodate newbies and those seeking more challenging asanas.

Bliss Gentle Yoga The best of both worlds: first warm your muscles with a power sequence delivered slowly with plenty of alignment details. Followed by long deep stretching to allow for better opening and increased flexibility and agility. The poses are held so you can refine your practice and move mindfully. All levels welcome. The perfect beginner Yoga Class or athlete recovery.

Yummy Yin Yoga Enjoy a deep, relaxing, slow flow as we target the connective tissues throughout the body. Yin yoga offers a variety of poses that aim to increase circulation in the joins and develop flexibility. You will find yourself relaxed yet challenging your body while enjoying slow and peaceful tunes. Yoga props help support your body for deeper relaxation. You can substitute with  bring pillows and blankets, bolsters.

Yoga Express Short & sweet but everything you need to balance your mind, body and soul.

CARDIO, DANCE & CONDITIONING

High Fitness Aerobics HIGHer! Energetic, heart pounding, sweaty blast to fun popular music. This class is filled with cardio, toning, abs and arms and a little bit of party! This class is perfect for those wanting to build their endurance, agility, and overall athletic performance. Think, jumping jacks, burpies, lunges and full body workout. Modifications for all levels. This class uses tennis shoes.

Shuffle Learn to shuffle like they do at EDC & the clubs! First master basics like the Running Man, the Poly Pocket and the T Step. Then learn variations & how to add flair so you can freestyle. Wear your kicks. Group or private sessions available.

Core 30 A healthy core is a happy one and the secret to longevity. Concentrated movements executed mindfully to target and tone the obliques, abdominals, low back and glutes. All levels welcome.

Sculpt 30 This 30 minute class targets the glutes, hips, thighs and legs, working on sculpting and toning the muscles to create that definition. This is a slow and steady class with concentrated movements to get the results you want.

Strength 60 starts by warming up your body and building heat through stretches and full body movements. As you work into class, you will be guided through various exercises meant to build strength and length. Get ready to do some squats, body weight work, core work and cardio bursts - all to an upbeat, energetic, and fun playlist! Class will conclude with a variety of stretches so you can feel your best. The class moves quickly and is meant to help you find balance within your yoga practice.

SPECIALTY CLASSES

Down Dawg Yoga + DJ Party. Enjoy a playful power vinyasa flow with elements of HIIT & cardio. All levels welcome. Every month there is a different theme or sound battle & tunes are spun by our in house DJ DOWN DAWG. Experience helpful but not mandatory. Virtual or in studio.

Soulful Sound A short flow of movement and breathing exercise to help relax the body followed by passive poses held for a long time to release stagnate energy trapped in our mind, hearts and bodies. This deep stretching is the only way to treat connective tissue resulting in improved circulation, flexibility, better sleep and elevated mood.  Yoga props (pillows, blankets, bolster) help support the body for deeper relaxation. Class ends with a soulful sound meditation with our singing crystal bowls.

Kundalini Immunity Boost: Kundalini is the "Yoga of Awareness". The 45 minute class combines breath work, movement and a meditative focus,  to help move our attention from the tasks and responsibilities of our daily lives to the rich deep space of our inward presence. 

Yin & Sound Healing: Everybody needs a little Yin... poses held longer to lengthen the connective tissues around the joints. This deep stretching increases elasticity & circulation which rejuvenates energy & calms the nervous system. Your experience is complimented with a blissful chakra meditation via the healing tones of the crystal singing bowls (75 minutes). All levels welcome.

Meditation & Breathing Exercises: Decompress and get centered with meditation for rookies, am meditation, pm meditation or try one of our breathing technique classes : Viloma Pranyama. Japa Mala

Heavenly Hatha-All levels welcome and a great place for beginners. Learn proper alignment and breathing technique in this class that focuses on flexibility and agility. Mindful movement and long holds help create space in the body, promote mental clarity and build confidence. Also great for athletes recovery day.

Foam Rolling
Repeated movements cause connective tissue to knot up or form "trigger points" which can cause inflammation. Using tennis balls & foam roller for self massage aka myofacial release- you literally smooth out these knots, improving your circulation, health and athletic performance. The class is a great way to way to reset your muscles to improve performance.

Restorative Yoga- aka Yoga for Athletes & Ex-Athletes, Yoga for Dancers, Yoga for Flexibility- Mindful breath & moment designed to restore the mind/body from exertion. Geared towards flexility and agility - emphasis is on centering and stretching versus strength.

PreNatal Yoga Prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. Designed to meet the ever-changing needs of women in all stages of pregnancy and beyond. Appropriate for all experience levels but please consult your physician prior. We want you to feel nurtured, supported and practice at you own pace. There is an emphasis on special breathing techniques, opening the hips, and preparing the body for birth. Currently On Demand or Private.

Kids Yoga We have several Kid Yoga gurus on staff who flow with young hearts in mind. This is a fun way to teach your kids yoga and mediation.

Puppy Yoga Don't miss this experience which includes an all levels yoga flow, and plenty of photo opps for all with our puppies. Puppy yoga is available on and off site for private parties. We work with puppies that range in age from 4 months to 2 years so we aren’t taking them away from their mothers at a young age. We do not offer hot yoga with the puppies for their safety. Our dogs range in age, size and breed and we never know what we are going to get until the day of the session.
