How to book class & save your spot:

  • Click Schedule
  • Create an account if you don't have one
  • Click Store, make selection & purchase
  • Click Schedule , select class then book 

Please Note:

  • All packages have an expiration date (from purchase date)
  • If you would like an email reminder prior to package expiration, please keep email notifications on and make sure our emails don't go to junk/spam.
  • Sorry no refunds, exchanges, transfers, sharing, freezing or extensions
  • If you sign up for class and can't make it,  please remove yourself from the roster, prior to class start time. This way someone else can have your spot and you avoid penalty. We do not accept email cancelations.

Please consider:

  • To save time, please pre-register. 
  • Better to be early then late. Doors lock when class begins- this is for your safety... Late arrivals could result in injury if you are not properly warmed up. (If you reserve your spot, we know to save one for you). 
  • Phones: Feel free to charge or snap a pic b4 or after class. During class phones should be turned off and off the studio floor. 
  • Do not eat 2-3 hours prior to class or if you have to, eat light.
  • Let instructor know if you are pregnant, have injuries or you do not want adjustments.
