Classes are designed with adults in mind, some music is not suitable for children under 18.
Generally, it is not a good idea to eat 2-3 hours before yoga or if you have to, eat light.
Feel free to modify any class to suit your needs by adding things you like to do or skipping parts that don’t feel right for you
