  • If you are pregnant or have any health conditions, concerns, or injures please consult with your physician prior to class

  • Classes are designed with adults in mind, some music is not suitable for children under 18.

  • Generally, it is not a good idea to eat 2-3 hours before yoga or if you have to, eat light.

  • Feel free to modify any class to suit your needs by adding things you like to do or skipping parts that don’t feel right for you
