Yoga Foundations is eight-week series designed for anyone who wants to learn or deepen their practice of the essential building blocks of yoga in a supportive and welcoming environment. — no previous experience required.
Each class focuses on gradual progression, body awareness, and safe movement to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence on your mat
By committing to practice every Wednesday, you’ll learn proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques for foundational poses such as Downward Dog, Warrior I, Warrior II, Tree Pose, and more.
What You’ll Learn:
Correct posture and alignment in common yoga poses
Basic breathing techniques (pranayama) to support your practice
Simple flows and transitions
How to modify poses for your body and ability level
Mindfulness and relaxation techniques to reduce stress

The first class in the series starts on Wednesday, August 5th.
Classes take place every Wednesday from 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Late signing up or worried about missing a class, no problem. Your extra classes carry over and you can make up the class you missed when the next series starts.
Members and individuals on the flexibility plan can attend by booking classes with the on the schedule.
