This class is great for those wanting to learn arm balances or those who are wanting to perfect their arm balances. The first 30 minutes focuses on yoga moves to strengthen and build those arm balance muscles. The second half is your time to practice, practice, practice with an experienced instructor there to help and aid you along in your arm balance journey.
