Join us for “Self-Care Saturday”, learn simple ways to refine the mind-body connection and enhance your well-being. In this lesson we will explore self-care strategies to help you cope with stress such as intention-setting, presence, gratitude, creativity and breathing techniques. In our time together, you will be guided through reflection prompts, engaging discussion, and mindful movement through an all levels yoga flow.
