Last Monday’s at 7:15 pm, we interrupt your regularly scheduled program to bring you some outdoor fun with Debbie.  Buy a drop in and check in at the studio like normal. Weather permitting, we take our buti's to the 420 Pool Deck for a fun flow & community.  Feel free to dip in the pool after to cool off.
