Back by popular demand...The Balcony is launching Rooftop Yoga the last Tuesday of every month and YogaMix is leading the official kick off sesh on Tuesday May 23 @ 6:30 PM.

Join Gina & Kelsey for a mixed level practice where the music is as fun as the flow. 
You'll find The Balcony on the 11th floor of the Plaza building- enter on Church Street near Chase bank. Plan to arrive early, bring a mat, and get ready to join SQUAD SWEAT.
