Better to be early then late. Doors lock when class begins- this is for your safety... Late arrivals could result in injury if you are not properly warmed up. (If you reserve your spot, we know to save one for you).
Phones: Feel free to charge or snap a pic b4 or after class. During class phones should be turned off and off the studio floor.
Do not eat 2-3 hours prior to class or if you have to, eat light.
Let instructor know if you are pregnant, have injuries or you do not want adjustments.
