Studio Protocols:

  • To save time, please pre-register. 

  • Better to be early then late. Doors lock when class begins- this is for your safety... Late arrivals could result in injury if you are not properly warmed up. (If you reserve your spot, we know to save one for you). 

  • Phones: Feel free to charge or snap a pic b4 or after class. During class  phones should be turned off and off the studio floor. 

  • Do not eat 2-3 hours prior to class or if you have to, eat light.

  • Let instructor know if you are pregnant, have injuries or you do not want adjustments.
